Ho'oponopono, What is it?
I will explain shortly what Ho'oponopono is.
At least as short as possible.
At my Personal Blog I have 2 huge post in where I try to explain what this Ancient Healing Method from Hawaii is.
You will find the links at the bottom of this page.
I found out about Ho'oponopono May 2018 when I was searching for "Alternative" Health Courses.
Courses for me to use with my clients but also for myself.
I always have been highly interested in the "Alternative". Always felt I don't belong here, since I was very young. As long as I can remember.
When searching I found a short course at Udemy which I decided to follow. Very, very interesting. And my hunger for more set in.
As I love to read, learn etc., I searched and searched the internet.
A few days after starting the Udemy course I one of my colleagues told me something I did not understand at that time. He wrote it down, I took the paper.
Some days later I quit the job unexpectedly and I found the paper back... He was trying to explain "At Zero" and Ho'oponopono.
The term "At Zero" I hadn't found yet and I started to search. And yeah, when searching for that you will find dr. Joe Vitale.
And his Ho'oponopono Course. The course I purchased directly.
Since then I have purchased and done several courses from dr. Joe. And I became big fan of him.
Love the way he teaches and how it really helps me.
Ho'ponopono, the word means when simply translated into English, correction. It is Hawaiian, and as "therapy" still practised.
“A technique to clean and erase memories that create repressing beliefs in our subconscious minds”.
Using 7 principles (called Huna principles) to change your life.
You can read more about this ancient (and New Age) practise HERE.
Cleaning and erase memories. It sounds strange doesn't it?
But please be open for it.
Since I started to use Ho'oponopono so many things have changed for me. Positively.
The Therapy believes that you and you only are responsible for what happens in your life.
As you are the constant factor.
When you are responsible for everything, imagine, then you can solve it too!
The way of healing is done by cleansing. Something that has been done for ages. Not only by doing Ho'oponopono but also following other Techniques.
The process of Ho’oponopono involves four phrases which can be repeated in any order:
Please forgive me
I love you
By saying these words over and over, a person is said to connect her/his own inner light with the light of Source.
Over time, patterns in the subconscious dissolve, and by forgiving the parts within that hold those patterns, the person's outer world regains balance and harmony.
Practising Ho’oponopono, allows you to cut the aka connection to a memory in a very positive, loving way, knowing that you can make the connection brand new. When you become right with others, you become right with yourself. Undoubtedly.
A memory in Ho’oponopono is not only what is seen as something we remember ourselves.
But also all garbage (data) in our DNA, cells, received from our ancestors, family, people around us.
All, I will call it “stuff”, that blocks our soul, our being. Blocks us from being happy, from being who we really are.
According to Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, a native Hawaiian Kahuna and gifted healer, who developed a new system of healing based on the ancient spiritual tradition, Ho’oponopono.
Self I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono® (SITH®):
“If we can accept that we are the sum total of all past thoughts, emotions, words, deeds and actions and that our present lives and
choices are colored or shaded by this memory bank of the past, then we begin to see how a process of correcting or setting aright
can change our lives, our families and our society.”
I ask you not to judge before you know this practice yourself. Many of the beliefs you will find also in other alternative and plain therapies.
For example in the Secret.
To name a few:
* We get that which we focus on
* The energy flows to the place where your attention is directed
Ho'oponopono. The art of forgiveness. Solving conflicts and setting emotions free. It is a Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness.
