Neuro Linguistic Programming
According to Wikipedia Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy.
NLP is created in the 1970s. By Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States.
The creators claim that there is a connection between neurological processes (neuro-), language (linguistic) and behavioral patterns which are learned through Programming (= Experience).
And that these learned patterns can be changed. So you can/will be able to achieve specific goals in life.
Although NLP isn't scientifically proven (as scientists are always skeptic about things they can not see and are hard to prove), there are many examples that NLP really helps.
Skeptics always will find a reason to tell that something doesn't work.

But when you see the results, feel the results for yourself. And it helps you.
Don't mind what others say!
NLP will help you to get rid of blockages. To help you with your development. On both personal- and professional level.
To help you to achieve what you want. Change your life.
NLP is all about changing perceptions.
Everything we know, everything we do, we have learned. And is stored in our subconscious mind.
Learned by experience over the years and stored as a memory.
Most of these memories are made in our youth. Often at a very young age. The age on which we couldn't say if it was a real belief or an assumption.
This learned memories can be good, bad or wrong. And have a huge impact on your life.
And sometimes they do more bad than good.
Time to change them. Those memories that hurt you.
During an NLP session, the client goes deep into their subconscious mind. Digging through all the layers of beliefs. Layers of perceptions. To become aware of the experience(s) from the youth that formed these beliefs. These patterns of behavior.
NLP works on the principle (like Life Coaching) that everyone has the solution already within. To make changes, positive changes in their lives.
A person conducting an NLP practice is good a noticing body changes.
Everyone who communicates uses his body language.
Unaware. And automatically.
There is a pattern, for example, for eye movements.
Again, there are many skeptics who do not believe this.
I am a HUGE skeptic myself. Yet, I also believe that not everything needs to be proven scientifically.
When there is enough proof in the world that something helps then it does.
At least for those persons.
And who am I, or you, to tell it doesn't help.
I am also a firm believer that any person is responsible for his/her own happiness.
That you can change your life for the good. When you want.
And NLP is one of the great tools to do this!
